I have been working in the competitive sports field for over 15 years: I started as an athletic trainer and then, after completing my master's degree in Human Nutrition Sciences, I specialized in nutrition and supplementation to improve sports performance.
My job is to find the most suitable solutions to accompany each of my patients, athletes and non-athletes, on a path aimed at maximizing their physical and mental fitness.
I work with doctors, athletic trainers and physical therapists to help you reach your goals.
